2、 Product after-sales service
1. The chassis of the new energy special vehicle produced by Dongying Furuite Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. is in accordance with the after-sales service commitment of the chassis company, as follows:
The chassis factory provides a warranty of no less than 5 years or 200000 kilometers (whichever comes first) for the core components of new energy vehicles, such as the power battery assembly, drive motor (including motor controller MCU), and electronic control system (vehicle controller); Electric power steering pumps, electric air compressors or electric vacuum assist pumps, electric air conditioners, DCDCs, etc. provide a warranty of not less than 3 years or 60000 kilometers; For parts whose warranty period is not separately listed in the warranty manual, a warranty of no less than 3 years or 60000 kilometers shall be provided for the entire new energy vehicle product produced according to the chassis. On the premise of following the pure electric commercial vehicle user manual and user service manual for normal use, any quality problems that occur during the "three guarantees" period will be repaired free of charge. For problems that occur after the "three guarantees" period, the chassis after-sales service and maintenance personnel will charge corresponding fees according to the situation and provide repairs. All chassis factories have a 24-hour service hotline. If there are any quality problems with the chassis, please call Dongying Furuite/chassis factory service hotline in a timely manner.
1.1 Dongying Furuite Energy Equipment Co., Ltd./Chassis Factory has established a new energy vehicle remote monitoring platform. The remote monitoring platform provides 100% real-time monitoring of new energy vehicles that have been sold on the chassis, accurately displaying information such as the vehicle's operating position, status, and faults. It plays a role in ensuring the safe operation of vehicles and provides a basis for improving after-sales service of new energy vehicles through data analysis, ensuring that all data is saved throughout the entire lifecycle of the vehicle.
1.2 The traditional after-sales service of chassis factories has after-sales outlets, which can provide timely service wherever new energy vehicles are sold.
2. The warranty period for the parts on stage is 1 year. If there are any quality problems, please call Dongying Furuite Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. 24-hour service hotline in a timely manner. Dongying Furuite Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. promises to arrive within 6 hours in Dongying city and 12 hours in Shandong province.
3. Personnel training
Dongying Furuite Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. can provide free personnel operation training and relevant technical materials for users and newly purchased users. Conduct 1-2 quality tracking and follow-up visits annually in areas where vehicles are concentrated.
3、 Quality Claims and Recycling
If there is a quality problem with the chassis, please call Dongying Furuite or the chassis factory in a timely manner to comply with the relevant claims regulations of the chassis factory. If there are any quality problems on stage, please call Dongying Furuite in a timely manner. Replacement is free of charge during the warranty period. If it exceeds the warranty period, only cost fees and moderate labor fees will be charged.
2. Users should use the product manual and after-sales service manual correctly. In case of major quality issues such as safety, quality, and environmental protection, please call Dongying Furuite or the chassis factory in a timely manner. The chassis factory will negotiate with the customer to take measures such as free replacement of assemblies, components, or new cars to resolve user complaints to the greatest extent possible.
3. The substances contained in power batteries are very harmful to the environment. Waste power batteries cannot be placed together with ordinary garbage and must be handed over to qualified enterprises or power battery suppliers for disposal through Furuite service outlets/chassis factory service outlets.
